Captain Peter Corbett is versatile and very experienced Freelance Ships Master, Senior Dynamic Positioning Officer, Client Representative and Offshore Superintendant with over 27 years experience at sea in both command and management roles.
His kill sets include superior management and leadership skills, excellent manual boat handling abilities and a wealth of technical and commercial knowledge acquired across a wide range of demanding roles including Anchor handling and towing MODU. Deep water and high horsepower mooring and prelay operations. Offshore supervisory roles as Port Captain U.A.E for Petromar Corporation and Offshore Supervisor, OCS Boa Deep C. Post Hurricane Katrina damage limitation and offshore construction projects.
Peter was elected to council with the Nautical Institute in June 2010. and is also involved with the IMO Working Parties and is a member of the advisory panel through The Nautical Institute as an NGO (Non Governmental Organisation). for Health and Safety and Environmental Protection of The Marine Environment.
